The project will deliver an iconic development set within a mixed use environment providing commercial, retail, tourism, residential and car parking services to the city of Colombo.

Positioned centrally on the site and facing Sir James Pieris Mawatha and Beira Lake will rise a 45 storey commercial building, The Rice Exchange, flanked on the lakeside by twin residential apartment buildings, Signature and Watermark. On the north eastern side Prosperity Tower, a 30 storey commercial tower will be developed with a luxury retail shopping mall and restaurant tenancies at the podium level.

A 15 storey commercial building, Trade Wind Tower, will be constructed on the eastern side of the site with a 4 star hotel and 5 star serviced apartment tower, Silk Road, positioned opposite on the western side. A basement car park will service the residential apartments, the serviced apartments/hotel and the commercial tenancies as well as provide a public car parking facility. The entire precinct will be linked by a vibrant and engaging public plaza with vistas across Beira Lake.
